Will this work on my phone?
You must have a phone capable of downloading real tones. Please check out our phone compatibility list for a list of tested phones. Other phones may work. If you have a phone

Do I need an internet-enabled phone?
To receive real tones you will need an internet-ready phone and be able to receive SMS messages. Make sure that your internet service is enabled. Contact your carrier if you need additional information on how to enable your internet service.

How long does it take to receive my ringtone?
You will usually receive your ringtone immediately. However, due to spikes in ringtone download traffic, text message delivery may be delayed.
